I once heard that quiet people have the loudest minds.

Being an extrovert myself, I find it especially important to empathise with introverted people and to respect their space. For a long time I had assumed that everyone is like me and I often overwhelmed others as a result.

This piece is a message to all extroverts, to keep their introverted friends in mind. There is so much more going on under the surface than meets the eye, especially when the person remains quiet. It is the awareness of our differences and their acknowledgement that makes it possible to bridge the gap between us.
